Install the rear stakes (6).
Attach rear lateral wall extensions (4) to the stakes (6).
Install tailgate extension (2).
On both sides Install the rear profiles of wall extensions (7) and screw them to
tailgate extension (2).
Brace the structure by installing tension rod (10) on both sides of the load box.
Tension rod (10) must be bolted to the tailgate wing and rear wall
extension profile (7).
Attach tie beam (9) to the lateral stakes (5).
All wall extension arms must be bolted load box brackets.
Attach the ladder to the front wall extension (1).
Disassembly of wall extensions should be performed in reverse order.
DANGER
Assembly and disassembly of wall extensions should be carried out with the use of
appropriate platforms, ladders or when standing on a ramp. These tools must be in good
condition to fully protect the persons working on them against falling. Work should be
performed by at least two persons.
Exercise particular caution.
ATTENTION
When operating the trailer, pay close attention to proper installation of wall extensions,
securing of individual segments, and make sure that any loose nuts are tightened.
