After the user properly positions in front of the station, the station recognizes the user’s face
and determines the person’s height. Height detection ensures the correct sensor position is
used for the measurement, depending on the distance. A rotary mechanism is used for the
adjustment. A recommendation screen accompanies the process (Fig. 36):
Once a measurement has been taken, the results are displayed. Color-coding is used for
better result identification. Green indicates normal body temperature (Fig. 37). Red indicates
increased body temperature (Fig. 38).
