Problem
Some Internet contents are not correctly displayed or accessible.
Possible causes Possible remedies
- Lack of network connection. - Check the Wi-Fi connection:
from within the AlessiTAB
application click on Configure
Network Settings
and verify that
the wording “ Connected to… ”
( name of the Wi-Fi router )
appears. From within the Android
environment follow the same step
by clicking on the icon Settings
Wireless and networks and
verify that the wording
“ Connected to… ” ( name of the
Wi-Fi router ) appears.
- A Firewall is blocking some
of the ports that are necessary
to access the web contents.
- Is it possible to change the
background of the Android™
Desktop?
- Check the settings
(and limitations) that are active
on your own Wi-Fi router.
