• When the Tablet is placed on its base, the “ALESSITAB²” key is
located in the upper part of the Tablet ( fig. 4 ).
Functions of the ALESSITAB² key:
SWITCH ON – SWITCH OFF - OPTIONS
1) SWITCHING THE TABLET ON/OFF (KEEP PRESSING).
• By keeping pressed the “ALESSITAB²” key when the device is off ,
you can switch on the device (the procedure will require a few
seconds).
• By keeping pressed the “ALESSITAB²” key when the device is on ,
you can switch off the device by touching the “SWITCH OFF” icon.
2) ACCESS TO THE OPTIONS MENU (PRESSING SHORTLY
DURING NAVIGATION).
By shortly pressing the illuminated “ALESSITAB²” key with the device
switched on you will access a contextual menu ( fig. 5 ) which offer the
following options, also available by touching the same icons displayed
on the top right corner of the screen ( fig. 6 ) when you are in the
“Android”™ environment.

HOME
: return to the main screen of the “Android”™ environment.
Press the red icon “AlessiTab” to return to the AlessiTab applica-
tion, or select one of the further icons available on this screen.
