Всегда проводите измерения на одной и той же руке (обычно

на левой).

•

Постарайтесь измерять артериальное давление регулярно в одно

и то же время суток, поскольку уровень давления – величина непосто

янная, способная менять свои значения в течение дня.

Наиболее распространенные причины погрешностей

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ

Измерения артериального давления должны всегда проводиться

в одинаковых условиях! В состоянии физического и эмоциональ

ного покоя.

•

Займите удобное положение, расслабьтесь и не напрягайте мышцы

руки, на которой измеряете давление. При необходимости исполь

зуйте подушку для опоры.

•

На производительность автоматического измерителя артериаль

ного давления могут влиять экстремальные условия окружающей

среды: высокая или низкая температура, влажность, высота места

измерения над уровнем моря.

•

Не допускайте деформации и скручивания трубки манжеты.

•

Неправильная (свободная) фиксация манжеты на руке приводит к

неверным результатам измерения.

Вставьте коннектор в отверстие для манжеты (как показано на рис. 1)

и убедитесь в герметичности соединения
