The final customer or the operator must make sure that the operation and maintenance of the equipment are done by qualified
people, according to the laws, respecting the instructions of this document and respecting the specific documents for installation,
commissioning, operating, maintaining, supplied by the critical components manufacturers (compressors, controlers, etc…).
For those operations, all the standards, directives and regulations rules described above remain applicable.
This is also true for the stop phases of the installation.
Profroid is not liable in case of non respect of the recommendations of this document.
Any modification on the control panels, done by the operator, the installer, or their sub-contractors must be done in the respect

- This document recommendations.
The push button « emergency stop » located on the control panel allows to power off the whole
control panel and so to neutralize the refrigeration equipment. This is true even if a second
power supply is available for the control panel (ups power supply for example).
However, this feature does not allow to power off all the installation located upstream the
control panel, the rest of the machine room, the rest of the installation.
The installer must add a feature (generally located at the entrance of the machine room),
which could be activated by the safety teams (for example fireman), and which will power off
upstream all the installation, at the global main power supply (on the general electrical
transformer of the machine room for example).
