Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
l
Never run pump dry
l
Pumping inflammable, as well as all other aggressive liquids is prohibited
l
Pay attention to the medium temperature max. 90°C
l
Never pull the pump on the electrical cable or pressure hose
l
Avoid cross section narrowing
l
Pay attention to the given particle size
l
During longer unused times, clean the pump, wash it out with clear water, dry and store it
at room temperature
l
Test wells for enough flowing water (dry run danger)
l
The pump is to be secured through a RCD circuit breaker with a release current of 30 mA
l
The electrical connections are always to be carried out by an authorised professional
l
The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if
they are supervised. These aforementioned persons should only use the appliance while adhe-

6. ERROR MESSAGES
Fault code description
NO.
Code
FAULT CAUSE
1
oU
The voltage is higher than 280V and disappears when the voltage is lower than 270V. Press the „RUN“ button to
cancel the protection, need to return to the default setting to restore the overvoltage protection function.
2
LU
The voltage is lower than 80V and disappears when the voltage is higher than 90V.Press the "RUN" button to
cancel the protection, need to return to the default setting to restore the overvoltage protection function.
3
oEP
The code appears when open phase occurs at the three-phase output terminal or the three-phase voltage
imbalance exceeds 20%. Normal operation can be restored after manual troubleshooting.
4
oC
The temperature of the pump is above 80°C. Normal operation is automatically restored when the temperature
drops below 60°C. Press the „RUN“ button to cancel the protection. The factory temperature value needs to be
returned to the default setting to restore the over-temperature protection function.
5
oS
the pressure sensor is damaged or not connected, and only be restored after manual troubleshooting. Press the
„RUN“ button to cancel protection and automatically switch to manual mode. Automatically restore protection
after power off and power on again.
6
oCP
The pressure of the pipe network is equal to 100% of the range of the pressure sensor, automatically restored
when it is lower than 90%.
7
oLd
Dry run protection in case of water shortage.
8
oLP
The motor is short-circuited / over-current, and restored after manual troubleshooting.
9
EAA
The temperature is higher than the set max. temperature.
10
EH
The rotor is locked and it should be troubleshooting manually.
11
EP
Phase is lost and it should be troubleshooting manually.
12
LL
When the continuous running time of the pump exceeds the set value, it will automatically enter the protection
program. After the water leakage fault is ruled out or it is confirmed normal, restored by changing parameters or
restarting after power failure.
13
LP
When the pressure of the pipe network is continuously lower than the set pressure, it automatically enters the
water shortage protection function.
