WARNING:
• When preparing pulpy foods (e.g. dry peas, rhubarb), gently shake
the steam pressure cooker before opening. That way you prevent
food from splashing when opening the lid.
• Before each use of the steam pressure cooker, make sure the
valves are not blocked. You will find relevant information through -
out these operating instructions.
• Do not use the steam pressure cooker for frying food with oil under
pressure.
• Do not cover the pressure valves! Risk of explosion!
• Do not tamper with the safety systems unless for maintenance
purposes as specified throughout the operating instructions.
• Only use original spare parts for this model. Particularly, only use
bodies, lids and sealing rings from the same manufacturer and
make sure these components are compatible.
