11. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the rack. Extra parts may be included. The
use of all remaining parts will be explained in ADJUSTMENT on page 12.
10. Identify the Left Weight Rest (7), insert it into one
of the holes in the left Upright (8), and rotate it so
that it is wrapped around the Upright.
Next, identify the Left Spotter (15), and attach it
to the left Upright (8) in the same way.
Attach the Right Weight Rest (18) and the
Right Spotter (19) to the right Upright (8) in
the same way.
Make sure that both Weight Rests (7, 18) are
at the same height and that both Spotters (15,
19) are at the same height.

9. Attach a Weight Tube (13) to the Left Support
(11) with an M10 x 25mm Screw (27), an M10
Split Washer (32), and an M10 Washer (22).
Attach two more Weight Tubes (13) to the
Left Support (11) in the same way.
Attach the other three Weight Tubes (13) to
the Right Support (17) in the same way.
