Adjustment
Adjustment of Seat Height / Forward or Backward
Adjustment of the Resistance level by turning the eight-level tension knob either to “+”direction
(increase) or “-“ direction(decrease).
Unscrew the M12 Bolt (61) in a counter-clockwise direction and adjust the Saddle Post (63) to a
suitable position. Then screw the M12 Bolt (61) into the Main Frame (45) in a clockwise direction.
Unscrew the M8*20 Bolt (64) in a counter-clockwise direction and adjust the Saddle (32) to a suitable
position. Then screw the M8*20 Bolt (64) in a clockwise direction.
