MAINTENANCE
If the lamp in the Insect Killer needs replacing, please follow the instructions
below.
CAUTION:
Ensure the lamp is disconnected from the mains prior to changing
the lamp.
Remove the collection tray
by holding the appliance and
turning the base 90 degrees
anti-clockwise as shown above.
To access the lamp, rest a screwdriver
on the base of the outer mesh and
under one of the two clips, before
levering the lamp holder up and away
.
Remove the lamp by pulling
the lamp towards you.
When inserting the new lamp make
sure the pins on the lamp, line up
with the holes in the lamp holder (see
above) inside the appliance and it is
fitted securely.
5.
Then push the lamp back into place, ensuring the groove in the holder
lines up with the lamp, in order to avoid damaging the lamp.
6.
Place the collection tray back onto the base of the appliance and turn it
clockwise until the tray clicks back into place.
