3. Turn the temperature control
dial (3) into the steam zone .
The iron setting light (4) will
come on. Once the desired
iron temperature setting is
reached, the iron setting light
will go out.
4. Set the steam intensity using
the arrow buttons (10).
The medium steam light
(19) and/or the high-steam
light (20) will flash.
Once the water is heated, the
light for the corresponding
steam setting will go out.
You can then start ironing.
5. Press the unlock button (7)
and remove the iron from the
steam generator from the
side.
6. Press and hold the steam
button (2) to produce constant
steam.
7. Push the steam shot button (1)
to emit a short shot of steam.
8. If you no longer require
steam, release the steam
button.
If the appliance is no longer gen-
erating steam because the water
tank is empty, the refill light will
come on (17).
• In this case stop ironing,
switch off the appliance, dis-
connect the mains plug and
fill up the water tank (11) (see
“Filling the water tank” on
page EN-13).
If you do not use the appli-
ance for a prolonged period
of time, empty the water tank.
