Connect the appliance only to a prop-
erly installed and earthed electric sock-
et. Do not connect to a multi-socket
extension cable or a multi-socket plug.

external timer or a separate remote
control system.

Do not use the door handle to lift
the appliance! The handle is not de-
signed to carry the whole weight of
the appliance.

Do not use sharp objects to unpack
the appliance.
When cleaning, please note:

Under no circumstances should
sharp, coarse, sodium car-
bonate-based, acidic, solvent-based
or abrasive cleaning agents be
used. All-purpose cleaners with a
neutral pH are recommended.

The door seals can be damaged
by unsuitable cleaning agents. Use
care products only on the outer sur-
faces.

Use only soft cloths for cleaning.

Ensure that water does not enter
the ventilation slits or enter into
the electrical components.

The lighting in the appliance is exclu-
sively for lighting the cooking cham-
ber. It is not suitable for lighting a
room.
Risks when handling heat-
generating appliances
CAUTION

The appliance and its accessible parts
become hot during use. Care should be
taken to avoid touching heating ele-
ments.

Children less than 8 years of age shall
be kept away unless continuously su-
pervised.

Do not touch the parts of the hous-
ing!

Do not touch hot parts. Always pro-
tect hands with oven gloves or pot
holders when working on the hot
appliance. Only use dry oven gloves
or potholders. Wet textiles are bet-
ter heat conductors and can cause
steam burns.
■
Allow the appliance to cool complete-
ly before cleaning.
