SYMPTOM

The device does not work (no LED
function) after the batteries have
been inserted

The device seems to be working
correctly but no hygiene product is
coming out of the hose

The device is dispensing
too much or too little

The device is dispensing
varying amounts

Flashing red/green light

POSSIBLE CAUSE

- Batteries are empty
- Batteries were not inserted
correctly

- Battery case was not
inserted correctly

- Device is not switched on

-  Container is empty
- No container in the device
- Pump is blocked
-  An unsuitable hygiene product
  is being use

- The dosage is not ideally set

- The pump is blocked
- The nozzle is blocked

- The sensor pin is blocked;
the sensor cannot configure

SOLUTION

- Insert new batteries
- Re-insert batteries, paying
attention to the correct polarity

- Re-insert the battery case, paying
attention to the correct polarity

- Turn on the device

-  Insert a full container

-  Clean the pump
-  Clean the pump and use a
  suitable hygiene product

- Set the dosage
