6 – MAINTENANCE
7.1 - GENERAL WARNINGS
On demolishing the oven, compliance is compulsory with the legislative provisions in force. Proceed
to differentiate the parts composing the oven according to the different types of manufacturing
materials (Plastic, copper, iron, etc.).
7 – DEMOLITION
6.1 – CLEANING
Cleaning must be carried out at the end of each use in compliance with the safety standards and to
safeguard the oven functioning.
Cleaning of the refractory surface: this operation should be carried out with the oven hot.
Once the temperature is reached of around 350°C , switch off the oven, open the door and clean
using a vegetable fibre or soft metal brush with a long handle to avoid contact with hot
parts of the oven .
External cleaning of the oven: (surface in stainless steel, inspection glass and command panel):
this operation should be carried out with the oven cold.
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION, IT IS
COMPULSORY TO DISCONNECT THE OVEN PLUG FROM THE ELECTRICAL POWER
SUPPLY SOCKET.
THE OPERATOR RESPONSIBLE FOR USE MUST WEAR SPECIFIC GLOVES AND
SUITABLE CLOTHING TO AVOID BURNS.
FOR CLEANING USE IS FORBIDDEN OF: WATER JETS, ABRASIVE POWDER,
CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD DAMAGE THE PARTS
AND COMPROMISE THE PARTS AND COMPROMISE SAFETY IN GENERAL, AND IN
PARTICULAR IN TERMS OF HYGIENE.
For any extraordinary maintenance intervention, repairs and/or replacements, contact the
authorised retailer only from whom you bought the oven and/or an authorised technician with the
technical-professional requirements as per legislation in force.
THE CRYSTALS ARE PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE TO SUDDEN CHANGES IN
TEMPERATURE WHICH CAN CAUSE THEIR BREAKAGE INTO TINY FRAGMENTS.
DO NOT HANDLE THE CRYSTALS AND DO NOT BRING THEM IN CONTACT WITH
WATER UNTIL THEY ARE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
