Oven switching off can be done by 2 ways:

- Manual Off: by pressing

- Programmed switching off: the oven automatically
turns off according to the on / off settings
programmed. See paragraph 5.4.

CAUTION

At the oven on/off the fans remain on to cool down
the internal components until the temperature
reaches the OFF temperature is set to 100 ° C.

During this stage DO NOT DISCONNECT THE POWER
OF THE OVEN, the fans will automatically turn off
once it reaches the OFF temperature
