RM Mixer Reference
This chapter simply documents the function of each control and setting on your
RM-series mixer. Of course, most of its settings are in UC Surface software and
so are discussed in the StudioLive AI Software Library Manual. Covered here are
the features found on the hardware mixer. For technical details, such as input
and output levels,
see 5.4 RM16AI and RM32AI Technical Specifications

5.1
Front Panel
Power/Status LED: This displays the current state of your
StudioLive RM mixer, as described below:
• Off: The mixer is switched off.
• Solid blue: Normal operation; the mixer is powered up, connected to a control
network, and functioning properly.
• Flashing blue: The mixer is in the process of booting up or loading
a firmware update.
• Solid red: The mixer is on and functioning correctly but with no active
control connection.
• Flashing red: Boot or update failure.

USB 2.0 port: Hosts the included Wi-Fi LAN adapter.
Note:
Only the included Wi-Fi LAN adapter can be used with your
StudioLive RM-series mixer. The adapter cannot be hot-swapped;
the RM-series mixer must be powered off when it is inserted.
