COMMISSIONING

Before starting up the equipment, make sure that all connections are correct, respecting the

polarities indicated on the front of the unit.

The temperature sensor has the function of informing the charger of the ambient temperature

of the battery, in order to adjust the charging parameters accordingly. It should be installed

in the same room or cabinet as the battery, as close as possible to the battery. It does not

need to be in contact with the battery.

This equipment does not have an ignition switch, so it starts operating once the input voltage

is supplied to the terminals “1 Phase and 2 Neutral”.

If everything is correct, 5 seconds after connection, the green LED "Equipment in operation"

and the green LED "Charging status" will light up, fixed or blinking depending on the battery

charge status. All other LEDs should remain off in normal operation.

If this is not the case, see section “4.5 Signalling” to locate where the incident is. If this does

not solve the problem, see section "14 Diagnosis"

During the installation of the equipment, it must be verified that it is properly earthed. For this

purpose, it must be verified that the earth point of the charger is properly connected.

This equipment does not require an electrical protective earth because its plastic enclosure is

able to withstand electrical rigidity tests. For this reason, the equipment earth should not be

considered electrically safe.

The earthing of this equipment is functional and its connection is necessary to ensure that the

equipment complies with the specified conducted and radiated emission levels.
