9.23, 9.27 Treadmill

LIMIT

 - The 

LIMIT

 LED indicator will illuminate when too much current is being demanded from 

the drive motor power controller circuit. If the drive motor’s instantaneous current 
exceeds 28 amps, the current limit circuit is activated. When current limit is activated the 
drive motor current and speed can not be increased.

MOT DRV

 - Indicates a defective drive motor circuit. Typically caused by a component failure on 

the lower PCA.

SHUTDOWN

 - If the drive motor current exceeds 28 amps for 3-5 seconds, the motor drive 

signal is removed and the motor drive circuit is shutdown.
