Installing the sensor insert
Fitting the ceramic part and nozzle
1.
Attach the sensor insert (4) to the connection head and tighten the four cylinder
head screws
(4 x Allen screws SW5)
with a torque of 10 Nm.
Note the locating pin when doing this – he must engage into the sensor insert.
The sensor
insert must not get stuck!
Note:
By default, laser heads with F150 and F200 focal lengths have one or two extension
adapters located in front of the sensor insert (see
).
For each focal length version different fixing screws must be used. The order numbers for the fixing
screws can be found in the
2.
Screw the spatter protection plate (3) on firmly using the two screws
(
hexagonal screws SW7
)
.
We recommend that you install a new ceramic part and O-ring
(ø26.00 x 1.50 Viton)
when replacing the sensor insert
).
3.
Insert the ceramic part into the sensor insert (4) carefully.
Note the locating pins on the sensor insert when doing this. These must engage into the
ceramic part
(see the operating instructions)
.
The nozzle and the nut must only be tightened by hand
(do not use any tools)
.
Otherwise the ceramic part could be damaged.
In addition to this, make sure that the contact surfaces on these parts are clean.
4.
Screw the ceramic part to the sensor insert (4) hand-tight using the nut.
5.
Screw the nozzle (1) into the ceramic part hand-tight.
