Troubleshooting

Symptom

Possible cause:

Remedy

Release is not possible. Insufficient operating

pressure.

Change the compressed
air cartridge (see
page 19).

After a longer period of
storage the moving
parts are jammed with
lubricant.

Clean the pneumatic tool
and apply oil again.
Adjust for maximum
operating pressure
(see page 29, only for
PKT-2-ES40-S,
PKT-2-ES40-SY,
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY and
PKT-2-N65-S).

Then release several
times.

After it has released,
adjust the desired
operating pressure (see
page 29, only for
PKT-2-ES40-S,
PKT-2-ES40-SY,
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY and
PKT-2-N65-S).

Otherwise notify
customer service
(see page 29).

The lock-out safety
device is activated
(only for
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY).

Fill magazine
(see page 21).

The pressure reduction
valve is defective.

Notify customer service
(see page 9).
