Reset the HRT500 and clear memory
To Reset the HRT500
If the HRT500 responds slowly or “ freezes ”, try resetting it.
Please note that any unsaved data in the open windows may be lost during the reset.
● Use the stylus to press the
Reset button.
Restore to Factory Setting
1. Turn the HRT500 ON.
2. Press and hold the Side Button (right) button, and use the stylus to press the Reset
button. A window as below will be shown on the screen.
3. Press the Side Button (left), button to scroll, select Restore to Factory Setting .
4. Press the Side Button (right) . Then, select Yes by pressing Side Button (right) again.
