PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Line will not advance when
using the Auto-Feed Lines are welded to themselves.
Not enough line on spool.
Lines are worn too short.
Lines are tangled on spool. Lubricate with silicone spray.
Install a new spool or line. Refer to Spool
Replacement in this manual.
Manually pull line- Refer to Manual Feeding
the Cutting Line
Rewind the line-Refer to Line Replacement.
Line wraps around drive
shaft housing and line head. Cutting tall grass at ground level. Cut tall grass from the top down to prevent
wrapping.
Motor fails to start when
trigger is depressed. Battery is not secure
Battery is not charged.
To secure the battery pack, make sure the
latches on the top of the battery pack snap
into place.
Charge the battery pack according to the
instructions included with your model.
