CAUTION: 

 

The stopper pin cannot be turned with the tool head at fully lowered position. At this time, 
turn the knob counterclockwise slightly and the stopper pin can be released. (Fig. 16) 

9  ASSEMBLY 

CAUTION: 

 

Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before carrying out any work on 
the tool. 

9.1 

Table height two way set up 

The table height can be set up in two ways, high or low table. 

WARNING:  Before  falling  down  the  tool  backwards,  always  set  the  tool  in 
the Mitre saw mode and lock the tool head in the lowest position. 

9.1.1 

High table set up (Fig. 17) 

To set up the tool with high table, proceed as follows. 

 

Fall down the tool carefully BACKWARDS without fail while holding it with both hands. 

 

Loosen the wingnut of the leg as much as necessary and fold the leg down, then retighten 
the wingnut. 

9.1.2 

Low table set up 

 

Fold in the 4 legs. To do so: 

 

Fall down the tool carefully BACKWARDS without fail while holding it with both hands. 

 

untighten the wing nut of each leg seperatly until you can turn the leg 90° , aligned with 
tabel. Then tigthen the wing nut again 

 

Return the tool to the upright position. 

9.2 

Installing or removing saw blade 

CAUTION: 

 

Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before installing or removing 
the blade. 

 

Lower the tool head to the lowest position and lock it with the stopper pin (27) (Fig. 16). 

 

Use only the  socket wrench 6mm hex key provided to install or remove the blade. Failure 
to do so may result in overtightening or insufficient tightening of the hex bolt. This could 
cause an injury. Move up the handle in the fully raised position. Press the shaft lock to lock 
the spindle, use the socket wrench 6mm hex key to loosen the hex bolt clockwise. (Fig.

Handgriff nach links drücken. Remove the hex bolt, outer flange and blade. (Fig. 19) To 
install the blade, mount it carefully onto the spindle, making sure that the direction of the 
arrow on the surface of the blade matches the direction of the arrow on the blade case. 
Install the outer flange and hex bolt, and then use the socket wrench 6mm hex key to 
tighten the hex bolt (lefthanded) securely counterclockwise while pressing the shaft lock. 

 

Lift the tool head again up to the highest position. In order to do so, the stopper pin (27) 
must be pulled to the right side, turned around 180 degrees and then released (status: 
unlocked). 

NOTE:  When  installing  a  saw  blade,  be  sure  to  insert  it  between  the blade 
guard  (6)  at  first  and  then  raise  it  so  that  the  blade  is  finally  placed  in  the 
blade guard. (Fig. 20 & 21)
