Assembly Instructions

Step 7

NOTE: Remove the cylinder from the beam/tank
assembly before assembling. The cylinder is
locked in place for shipping purposes in a
backwards orientation.

Orient the Beam/Tank assembly as shown.
Install the Beam/Tank Assembly with the
1/2” x 3” Bolt and 1/2” Class G Flange Nut.

Using a Torque Wrench, tighten bolt to 90
lb-ft.

Step 8

Pivot Beam/Tank Assembly and lock with a
Catch Pin.

Slide Wedge into Beam/Tank Assembly
Keepers.

Lift Cylinder and slide the Cylinder
Trunnion into the Trunnion slots.

Secure wedge to Cylinder with 7/16” x 2-
1/4” Bolt and 7/16” Nyloc Nut.

Using a Torque Wrench, tighten bolt to 60
lb-ft.

Step 9

Install the Log Stripper to the Beam/Tank
Assembly. Use (4) 5/16” x 3/4” Bolt and
5/16” Flange Nuts.

Using a Torque Wrench, tighten all bolts to
20 lb-ft.
