• Carefully, turn the vehicle over, keeping the steering wheel and
steering column in place.
• Fit the end of the steering column through the hole in the
steering linkage.
• Fit a .437 cap nut on the end of the steering column.
• Tap the cap nut with a hammer to attach the cap nut on the steering
column. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure.
• Turn the vehicle upright.
• Position the windshield so that Map faces the front end of the vehicle.
• Insert and
"snap"
the two large tabs on the windshield into the
large slots in the dashboard.
• Pull up on the windshield to be sure it is secure.

• Insert the steering column (with steering wheel) into the large hole
in the dashboard. Make sure the large opening in the steering wheel
and the bend in the steering column are
UP

• Using safety scissors, cut the plastic tie holding Map in the clip.
• Fit the clip to the windshield.
• Insert a #10 x 1" screw into the clip and tighten.
• Replace Map into the clip.
Note to Retailer:
Do not remove the plastic tie. Simply remove Map
from the clip. Assemble the clip to the windshield and replace Map in
the clip.
