MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
In order to avoid personal injury and the risk of fire and electric shock,
remove the battery pack before adjusting, inspecting, or cleaning the power tool.
WARNING:
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts
could create a hazard or cause product damage.
CLEANING THE CLOTH FILTER
To minimize airborne dust, tap the inside of the filter bag with your fingertips to knock collected dust
into the container.
Remove the cloth filter from the container and remove remaining
dust by tapping the filter’s interior or lightly brushing off the outside
of the filter.
NOTE: If necessary, the filter may be hand washed with cool water ,
then gently hand wring to remove excess water and set aside to air
dry. Be sure the filter is dry before use.
DO NOT machine wash/dry the filter.
CLEANING THE CONTAINER
Dump the dust from the container into an appropriate disposable container such as a plastic or paper
trash bag.
To remove dust clinging to the canister interior, light wipe off the dust with paper towels or cloth rag.
If necessary, may be hand washed the with cool water .
Do not wash the container with cleaning agent, or other liquid.
CLEANING THE HEPA FILTER
With the removed power head in the upside down position, carefully remove the HEPA filter.
Brush the dust off the filter gently, and rinse with clean water (See fig.8).
Allow the filter to air dry before installing and using again.
