WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
All Cornerstone Trading ltd. products are covered by our Money Back or
Replacement Guarantee per the following conditions:
30 DAYS
from the date of receipt of the product. If your product becomes
damaged during shipping or is found to be defective in any way during this
period, we will replace your product or issue you a complete refund and we will
pay all shipping costs involved as part of the guarantee. If you feel that the
product has a defect, we will send you a label to return your product, which will
then me inspected by our service department. (Please email us and indicate if
the product was damaged or defective)
90 DAYS
Free Parts and Labor guarantee - If your product stops working
during this period, return the product to us and we will repair it with free OEM
parts and no labor charges; shipping to and from to be paid by the buyer.
The Guarantees are only valid in the 48 contiguous states. If you purchase this
product and ship it to a destination outside the 48 contiguous United States,
this guarantee becomes Null and Void.
If you change your mind and do not wish to keep the product, it must be
returned NEW & UNUSED in the original box and you must pay the return
shipping. Please note that there will be a 10% Restocking Fee and your
product CANNOT be returned if it has been used, unless our warranty applies
(see above)
Although all of our products are checked and thoroughly inspected by our
service department before they are shipped to our customers, we strongly urge
you to use/run your product during the first few days of receiving it to make
sure it is in perfect working condition.
