ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Letter references in parenthesis (A) refer to the included Identification Key.
1. Choose the scissor head for soft (C) or tough (E) materials based on the
material (see Specifications). The soft blades will blunt quickly if used with
the stiff materials.
2. Press the sides of the scissor head to disconnect the snaps and pull
straight out to remove.
3. Push the other scissor head into the tool until it snaps into place.
4. Install the battery by pushing it in to the rear opening until it snaps into place.
OPERATION
WARNING! Keep hands and other body parts away from the scissors when
starting or during use. The blades can inflict a slicing injury or possibly
amputate a small digit. Remove the battery when handling the blades.
1. Push the On/Off switch (A) forward to start the tool. The scissor blades will
immediately begin to move.
2. Wait several seconds to allow the scissors to attain full speed.
3. Line up the blades with the material and slowly move the scissors forward.
Allow the scissors to do the cutting by changing the rate of movement
based on the material stiffness.
4. Both straight and curved cuts are possible with the tool.
