4. Place the air chuck on the valve stem and push it down so that the
threaded section is inside the air chuck.
a. Insert the tapered adapter (I) into the pinch valve if inflating smaller
items or the ball adapter (L) for sports or recreational toys.
5. Press the clamp lever down so it is parallel to the hose to lock and seal the
air chuck.
6. Squeeze the start switch (C) to allow the air to flow.
a. Push the self-locking switch (D) upward to lock the start switch in the
ON position.
b. The LED (E) will automatically light up when the tire inflator is active.
7. Watch the pressure gauge (J) until the inflated object reaches the desired
pressure.
a. The pressure gauge is not calibrated and is for approximation only.
Use a separate calibrated pressure gauge if precision is required.
b. Inflate smaller items that requires 10 PSI or less in bursts to avoid
rupturing them.
8. Squeeze the start switch again to disengage the self-locking switch and
stop the tire inflator.
9. Pull the air chuck clamp lever upright and pull the air chuck off the valve
stem quickly.
10. Fit the hose (B) into the hose storage clamp (M) when the task is done.
11. Press the battery latch (F) to unlock the battery and pull it from the port.
12. Attach the battery to the charger and place in a shaded area to recharge.
13. You can hang the tool on a pegboard using the holes in the top of the
housing.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to
control and will have fewer problems.
2. Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
3. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
