OPERATION
The manifold comes with a relief valve built in. If a hissing sound is heard, the valve is probably bleeding off
excess air pressure in the tank.
1. Turn the red shut–off knob (A), on manifold (3) clockwise
to the closed position.
2. Fill tank through valve (B) on the side of the manifold. Do not
exceed the maximum pressure of 135 PSI. Fill the tank with
compressed air only.
3. When ready use the tank, turn the red knob (A)
anticlockwise to the open position.
4. Inflate the item using the air chuck.
5. Close red shut-off knob (A) when not in use.
6. Bleed the air from the air tank when ready to store.
7. Drain all moisture from the tank by inverting tank and
depressing the fill valve (B).
MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the device. An improperly repaired device may
present a hazard to the user and/or others.
1. Maintain the device with care. A device in good condition is efficient, easier to control and will have
fewer problems.
2. Drain tank of moisture after each day’s use. Leave the drain valve open until the next time it is used. This
will allow moisture to completely drain out and help prevent corrosion on the inside of tank.
3. Inspect the device fittings, alignment and hoses periodically. Have damaged or worn components repaired
or replaced by an authorized technician.
4. Maintain the device’s label and nameplate. These carry important information. If unreadable or missing,
contact Princess Auto Ltd. for replacements.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
