Hydro-Tek high volume low pressure, 1000 psi pumps available at your nearest
PrincessAuto store. Look for Hydro-tek 6.65 GPM pump.
To replace the pump on the unit, follow these steps:
1.
Insure the equipment is off and the system is not pressurized.
2.
Drain hydraulic oil from the reservoir.
3.
Remove inlet and outlet hoses from the hydraulic pump.
4.
Remove Bolts and Lock Washers. Then remove the Pump.
5.
Install selected Hydro-Tek pump such that the pump shaft is aligned in the
coupling flex slot.
6.
Install Bolts & Lock Washers of the pump.
7.
Install inlet and outlet hoses to the pump.
8.
Change relief valve setting to 1000 psi.
9.
At 1000 PSI the flow rate of the pump will be 6.65 gpm so choose the reservoir
with a capacity of 7 gallon or more.
10.
Follow general installation guidelines before the unit’s usage.
