Push the belt uniformly down to the stop
pins and tighten vice until fasteners are
lightly gripped. The belt has to rest on the stop pins.
Close lacer until it touches the belt sur-
face. Unsung a 1 1/2 lb hammer install the first
and last fasteners by punching through
rivet until punch goes to shoulder.
Punch all remaining rivets through in any
sequence until complete. For easier installation a pneumatic ham-
mer with special punch can be supplied.
Install in same sequence as with ham-
mer. Open vince and remove belt by pushing
it lightly backwards.
Flatten rivets on a solid base. Take care
not to hit or to damage loop area of fas-
tener! For different belt widths, twist off excess
hooks. Snip off the projecting welding wire!
Bien maintenir la courroie sur la butée et
fermer complètement l’étau. La courroie doit reposer sur les goujons
d’arrêt. Serrer la courroie dans l’agra-
feuse. Introduire le ponçion jusqu’à la butèe par
le trou de gauche. Pour la réalisation du
rivetage frapper encore 3 coups de mar-
teau.
Le rest du rivetage est à réaliser de la
droite vers la gauche.
Attention: Poins du marteau 500 à 800g. Cette apération peut être plus simple et
plus rapide en utilisant un marteau pneu-
matique. Ouvrir l’étau à l’aide d’une l’égère pres-
sion sortir la courroie vers l’arrière.
Sur un appui solide, parfaire le rivetage.
Attention: ne pas frapper sur les oeillets. On peut enlever un certain nombre
d’agrafes pour réaliser d’autres largeurs
de courroies. Couper le fil à souder superflu.
