WARTUNG UND INSTANDHALTUNG

Wartung und Pflege

Sicherheitshinweise:

siehe Anhang-A1 Pkt. 1b.), 2.), 8i.), 9.)

• Vor Einstell- Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten Motor abstellen.

• Arbeiten unter der Maschine nicht ohne sichere Abstützung

durchführen.

• Nach den ersten Betriebsstunden sämtliche Schrauben

nachziehen.

Messer

- Die Messer haben an beiden Seiten Schneidkanten. Deshalb ist

es möglich, stumpfe Messer zu demontieren und an der anderen
Schneidtrommel wieder zu befestigen.

- Die Messer an einer Schneidtrommel müssen

gleichmäßig abgenützt sein, (Unwuchtgefahr) ansonsten
sind sie durch neue zu ersetzen.

Wechseln der Messer

- Stützen Sie den Hebel (29) an der unteren Kante der Trommel ab

und drücken Sie den beweglichen Halter (30) nach unten.

- Das Messer (14) ist am Bolzen (31) eingehängt.

- Tauschen Sie das Messer und entfernen Sie alle Futterreste um

den Bolzen, der das Messer hält. Eventuell auch von der inneren
Seite der Trommel.

- Entfernen Sie den Hebel (29) und prüfen Sie ob der Bolzen (31) der

Messerhalterung in seine ursprüngliche Position zurückgegangen
ist und ob das Messer sich frei am Bolzen bewegen läßt.
