Do RED, GREEN LEDS & Water
Pump come on together for
approx 3 seconds followed
by RED LED only
Do RED, GREEN LEDS and
Water Pump come on together
for approx 3 seconds followed
by GREEN LED flashing with
RED LED on continuously?
Turn off EXTERNAL CALL
for heat
Has Fuse F1 on the Electronic
Board blown?
Has External Circuit Breaker
tripped, or External Fuse blown?
Investigate Overcurrent fault &
repair. (In particular, suspect
appliance FAN & System
WATER PUMP).
Is PERM. Live supply present
Sw Live & Permanent
Live are reversed.
Correct Wiring to appliance
After approx. 7 seconds,
does GREEN LED flash rapidly?
(16Hz)
Mains Supply is
NOT OFF
Check external
wiring
Is the RED LED flashing?
Are any LED's on?
PRESS RESET
Turn on EXTERNAL CALL
for HEAT
Check external
controls are giving
Sw LIVE supply

Replace Air Pressure Switch
Isolate Electricity Supply.

After 1 minute, does RED LED
FLASH & GREEN LED come
on continuously?
Apply Permanent Mains Supply
Is the RED LED on only?
Is the RED LED still on?
Is the GREEN LED flashing?
(Slowly 2Hz)
Turn Boiler 'Stat on to MAXIMUM'
Does RED LED extinguish?
Turn on EXTERNAL CALL for heat
