DANGER:
All air line components (hoses, connectors, filters, regulators,
etc.) must have a minimum working pressure rating of at least 150 PSI
(10.3 BAR) or 150% of maximum system potential, whichever is
greater.
Do not connect tool to pressure which potentially exceeds 200 PSI
(13.7 BAR).
Only connect tool to air supply hose with a coupling that
automatically removes all pressure from the tool when the coupling
is disconnected.
Disconnect tool from air supply before performing maintenance,
clearing a jammed fastener, leaving work area, moving tool to
another location, or handing the tool to another person.
ASSEMBLY
ATTACHMENT INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
MAGNETIC NAIL GUIDE ASSEMBLY
1.
WARNING:
Disconnect tool from air supply.
2. The magnetic nail guide (A) Fig. 14 for driving 6d to 16d common flat
head nails comes assembled on the tool. To change attachments proceed
as follows;
3. Lay the tool on its cap with nail guide pointing upward. Loosen and
remove the magnetic nail guide bushing (B) Fig. 14 using the 24mm open

NOTE:
Always place removed attachments in the
carrying case for safe storage.
4. Lift the magnetic nail guide (A) Fig. 15 and bushing (B) off of the driver
blade and return them to the carrying case. To reinstall magnetic nail guide
reverse the procedure.
5. Depending on the application,
fastener depth can be adjusted by air
pressure or by adding/removing wave
washers (D) Fig. 16 that are installed
over driver blade (E). For the hammer
attachment installation, spring (C) Fig.
16, driver guide (F) and three wave
washers (D) must all be removed.
