ATTENTION

 

The diffuser is internally provided with a heat

-

resistant foil. Damage 

to this foil must be repaired immediately with appropriate material. 

Failure to do so may cause heat damage to the component.

 

NOTE

 

The diffuser and strakes are not mounted when the vehicle is deliv-

ered. The installation instructions enclosed with the vehicle must be 

observed.

 

NOTE

 

To prevent damage during transport, the diffuser should be disman-

tled. 

 

NOTE

 

Only  the  sheet

-

metal nuts M5 and raised pan head  screws

 

 M5x12 

shown here may be used for fixing the diffuser. The standard sheet

-

metal nuts must be replaced by the supplied sheet

-

metal nuts M5.

 

NOTE

 

The  strakes  are  side

-

related  and  must  not  be  confused. 

 

The  strake  MTH811081  must  be  mounted  on  the  left  side  of  the 

diffuser. The strake with part number MTH811082 is mounted on the 

right side of the  diffuser.
