Do not use mineral oil care and cleaning agents for the lifting plugs.
The seals can be damaged by this. Only silicone grease or silicone -
containing sprays are allowed. Check lifting plugs regularly for me-
chanical damage.
NOTE
The lifted vehicle can be drained slowly and in a controlled manner via
a plunger in the drain valve. If the vehicle is drained on a wheel load
scale or similar, this function is useful.
NOTE
While driving, the drain valve must be open (pulled out) to ensure
complete retraction of the lifting plugs and to prevent inadvertent re-
traction of them when the system is heated.
NOTE
If a loose or improperly fastened air lift is detected, it must be replaced
immediately, as internal damage cannot be ruled out.
NOTE
The warnings attached to the rear side windows and the boot lid must
not be removed. The permanent danger identification is the responsi-
bility of the vehicle operator.
