Switch off the device and unplug the probe of the device. Close gates of the by-pass and bring out
the probe of the chamber of measure.

Unscrew at half tank of the probe.
✓
Open the bottle of gel and expel the air. Pour the gel without making of air
bubbles.
✓
Re-screw the tank and tight hardly up to the abutment. The surplus of gel
is evacuated by the elastic ring.
✓
Proceed to a new calibration of chlorine measure (see §4.7)
It is recommended to use only spart parts and/or replacement units from POOL TECHNOLOGIE.
7/ MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
SELFDIAGNOSIS PROGRAM
In case of defect of production or in case of doubt about the smooth running of the device, launch the auto
diagnosis program:

The self-diagnosis detected a defect coming from the cell.

2/ Check that connexions
to the borders of the cell are not oxidized and well squeezed.
3/ In most of cases, this code shows that your cell is totally used and cannot produce chlorine anymore. You
have to contact a professional to proceed to the replacing of the chlorination cell.
Test OK
The self-diagnosis detected no problem coming from electronic box or from the cell.
If you have a problem of chlorine production, check that the rate of salt is upper than 2,5 kg/m
3
and that the
pH be closer of 7-7,2, an then contact a professional for an analysis.
