The receiver for the keyboard receives the infrared transmissions from the keyboard and processes them.
When you connect the receiver, note the icons on the ends of the cable — plug the mouse cable into the green
connector and the keyboard cable into the purple connector:
Once you’ve connected the receiver, place it on a nearby, flat surface, such as on the monitor or on the
computer box, within 15 feet (5 meters) from where you want to use the keyboard.
