Assigning Entry Queue Services to an Entry Queue

To enable the system to route participants to their conferences according to
the conference Numeric ID or password (depending on the MCU
configuration), an Entry Queue Service must be assigned to the Entry Queue.
Assigning is done during the definition of a new Entry Queue, in the

Entry

Queue Properties

dialog box.

To assign the Entry Queue Service to an Audio only conference:

In the

Entry Queue Properties

dialog box, in the

Entry Queue Message

Service

list, select the required Entry Queue Service, or leave this box

empty to use the default Entry Queue (if one is defined).

You can set either an IVR Service or an Entry Queue Service as the default

IVR

Message Service

, but not both. If an IVR Service is selected as default, you must

assign an Entry Queue Service here.
