OPTIMIZING
Why is the audio not clear
when using my device?
This issue could be due to a conflict with drivers, USB port
malfunctioning, or corrupt settings.
Recommendation:
If possible, connect the headset to a different computer
and validate the headset is working fine.
Check the following:
1. Disable all enhancements and check if issue persists.

Disable all enhancements
b. Disconnect and re-pair both the headset and the
BT700.
c. Check if issue persists.
2. Run audio trouble shooter.
Check if issue persists. It checks for common problems with
volume settings, sound card or driver, and your speakers or
headphones.

Why is my headset audio
cutting out when using my
computer?
You may have many competing Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices in
your home or office. In certain environments with too many
competing devices and you may experience interference which
may cause audio issues.

What can I do?
In this situation you can use your Voyager Focus 2
headset as a corded headset and disable the Bluetooth
connection.
Disconnect
the BT700 USB adapter from
your computer by unplugging it,
power off
the headset
and
connect
your charging (micro-USB) cable directly to
the computer. Ensure that your operating system and/or
application has the
Poly
Voyager Focus 2 Series
as the
default audio device (see above).
