Why isn’t the music from my
computer playing through
my headset?
Recommendation:
For the best audio results ensure that you are connecting to the
computer via the included BT700 Bluetooth USB adapter –
rather than directly to your computer’s Bluetooth.
Also ensure that the BT700 is configured as your audio device in
the operating system and/or the application with which you wish
to use the headset.
How do I configure my
BT700 as an audio device
on my computer?
To connect all your computers audio to the Voyager Focus 2
headset, set the BT700 as the default audio device in your
computer’s operating system. To configure your Bluetooth (BT)
USB adapter:

How do I charge my
Voyager Focus 2 headset?
Charge your headset using the micro-USB cable or the charge
stand (sold separately). The headset LEDs flash when charging.
It takes approximately 120 minutes to fully charge your headset.
The LEDs turn off once charging is complete.
NOTE:
The micro-USB cable and charge stand (sold separately)
plug into a computer or wall charger's USB port.
