than the Normal setting. Please note: the higher the fps, the greater memory required for
each video recording.
Similarly, the Quality setting will also affect the memory required, and therefore the space
on the SD storage card. Select a balance between quality and quantity dependant on the
size of the SD card.
Audio Recording
- Choose whether to record voice and sounds or not.
• Over Write:
In checking “Use”, when the SD memory card is full, the camera will begin
automatically overwriting ‘Normal’ record data saved on the SD card, from the beginning.
It will not overwrite Event data.
• Standard Time Zone:
Select the appropriate time zone from the drop down menu for
your location.
• Auto Reboot:
Enable the Auto Reboot function to reboot once daily. This helps to
maintain the stable operation of the camera.
• Km/Miles:
Set Kilometres or Miles on the Viewer.
3.6.2 ‘Event’ Set-Up
On this screen the user configures the circumstances under which the camera will record
at the Event frame rate, as configured in section 3.6.1. By doing so, the user can achieve a
higher quality of recording for when it matters most.
