XP 1000 / XP4 1000 Service Manual

10. Remove the Torx screws

and push rivets

retaining the lower rear close-off panel using a T40
Torx driver. Remove the panel from the vehicle.

11. Remove the nuts

retaining the regulator and bolts

retaining the fuse box.

12. Remove the fuel tank vent line

from the tank fitting.

13. Lift the rear of the fuel tank up first. Carefully pull the

fuel tank out of the vehicle.
