1. Position and fasten the

flange nylock nuts

(finger tighten at this time).
2. Position and fasten the middle section of the front brushguard
onto the left

and right

supports installed
in
step 1
using
(4) M8-1.25 X 20 mm
flange bolts

and
(4) M8-1.25
flange nylock nuts
i
(finger tighten at this time).

3. Position the taper block

onto the
end of the left brushguard section
and fasten using a
M8-1.25 X 130 mm
Allen socket machine screw

and a
M8
lock washer

. Tighten until the
taper block

leaned against the left
section.
Do not overtighten to facilitate the
insertion.
