RecoTime, time-based recovery:

Options mode. In the File mode you
will see the drop in your heart rate
and the recovery duration.

Indicates running speed settings.

Indicates velocity.
Split Time:
The elapsed time from
the beginning of the exercise until
storing the split time.

Indicates stopwatch.

Interval Training mode:
Countdown timers for the Interval
Training set.
Tot. Dist.:
Measures cumulative
total distance of several running
exercise sessions.
WarmUp:
Warm-up phase in the
