You can't start a heart rate training session when Polar Loop Crystal is syncing data with the Polar Flow
mobile app. Wait until the syncing sign disappears before starting a training session.
While you train with a heart rate sensor, you can't sync Polar Loop Crystal with the Polar Flow mobile app.
You can sync your data after you've stopped the training session.

Tap the touch button to view the data during training. Your current heart rate is shown in beats per minute
(bpm) figures.
Wait for two seconds and the display will show the current main effect of your training - fat burning or improv-
