Safety Instructions
It is important to read this manual and follow all instructions carefully when using our
Point Pod products. Keep the manual, warranty card and receipt of purchase on file
for future reference .
• Point Pod units are to be installed by qualified professional only. Point Pods
are NOT a DIY install . Warranty will be null and void if the unit has not been
professionally installed .
• For indoor use only .
• Point Pod products must be installed to meet all local electrical laws including
distance from water .
• Point Pod products can never be installed horizontally with the sockets facing up .
Sockets must be on a vertical plain at all times .
• Point Pod products are never to be opened by anyone other than a service
technician . Outside of these guidelines will void the warranty .
• Point Pod products are not to be used as a toy or for the amusement of children .
Supervision is recommended .
• Always exercise a high degree of caution when using any electrical devices .
• Avoid spills where possible and never spray water directly into an open unit .
• Do not use if any components of the unit are broken or faulty .
• Never insert anything but the appropriate plug into the sockets .
