Repairs and
After Sales Service
Unfortunately there are times when a component in one of our units is faulty and needs
repair . Point Pod recognises this and wants to provide the best service possible to our
customers . Never attempt to repair a Point Pod product yourself. Point Pod has trained
technicians who will identify the problem and repair the product or replace it if needed . If
the supply cord is damaged, it shall be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
similar qualified person.
